700ML / 46% ABV.
Matured in the traditional style in American bourbon barrels, this whisky is then 'finished' in Tawny Port casks, sourced from the Duoro region in the north of Portugal. During this second period of maturation, the whisky derives many interesting characteristics specific to the Port cask.
Colour: Burnished copper.
Aroma: Fresh strawberry, tart cranberry, white pepper and boiled sweets.
Palate: Spiced oak and orange zest alongside raspberry compote and sour cherry. Barley sugars linger in the finish.
