A Christmas inspired Gin from the Edinburgh Gin Distillery, which has been distilled with frankincense and myrrh creating a fragrant aroma and there is a hint of nutmeg on the finish. Spicy and rich with sweet orange flavours, this gin's complex flavours are best served as a classic G&T. It is also recommend to also try using it in a Negroni cocktail as the sweet myrrh balances the Campari’s bitter finish.
Nose: Warming Christmas spice and fruitcake alongside freshly cut grass and crisp, zesty citrus.
Palate: Marzipan fruits, chocolate-covered raisins, and gingerbread. Spicier notes develop on the tongue, bringing star anise and fennel.
Finish: Citrus and coriander refresh the palate, clearing space for that classic hit of juniper that lingers long.
